1. Do you believe in creating an inclusive shopping experience for customers with disabilities?

“Creating an inclusive shopping experience is of paramount importance to our brand. We believe that every customer should be able to enjoy and navigate our stores comfortably, regardless of any visual impairments they may have.”

2. How familiar are you with the concept of color blindness and its impact on individuals' daily lives?

“Creating an inclusive shopping experience is of paramount importance to us. We believe that all customers should be able to enjoy and navigate our stores comfortably, regardless of any visual impairments they may have.”

3. Does a clothing brand play a role in addressing the needs of customers with color blindness?

As a clothing brand, we have a responsibility to cater to the needs of our customers. Since shopping for clothes is a very visual experience, it is important that we make things more accessible for visually impaired.

4. Have you received any feedback or requests regarding color blindness accessibility?

“We have received some feedback from customers expressing issues with the lighting in our stores as it causes difficulties in distinguishing colors. However, the number of specific requests related to color blindness accessibility hasn't been significant.”

5. What steps, if any, have you taken so far to integrate color-blind-friendly design systems in your stores?


Our design team is constantly researching best practices and guidelines provided by accessibility experts to ensure that our store layouts, signage, and product display. However, it can get difficult to create something color-blind user-specific as there isn’t much research gone into it.

7. Are there any potential challenges or concerns you foresee in integrating color-blind-friendly design systems in your retail stores?

One potential challenge is striking the right balance between creating color blind-friendly design elements while still maintaining our brand aesthetic and identity. We want to ensure that the adjustments we make don't compromise the overall

Our brand would benefit in multiple ways.


Firstly, it demonstrates our commitment to inclusivity and accessibility, which can strengthen customer loyalty and attract new customers who appreciate our values.


Secondly, it enhances the overall shopping experience for all customers by improving store navigation, readability, and clarity of product information.
